Sonship & Divinity define us

Ezekiel 43:11 is a beautiful picture of being son conscious/righteousness conscious instead of sin conscious…..

Ezekiel 43:11: And if they be ashamed of (from) all that they have done, show them the form of the house….

We are the house of God… His dwelling place!

When we miss it, or are ashamed from what we’ve done, we need to be reminded or shown who we are IN CHRIST.

Form is tsurah in Hebrew meaning form, fashion; We were fashioned and formed in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:26). We were formed and fashioned with a divine nature like our Creator.

The ROOT of form is tsur meaning to delineate – which means the exact position of a border or boundary. Ephesians 1:5 says that we were predestined – our boundaries were marked out beforehand – as sons!

When someone around you is focused on sin… on what they’ve done that has caused them shame, show them the form of their house — they are sons with a divine nature made in the image and likeness of Abba!! What they’ve done doesn’t define them… only He defines us!

Sonship and Divinity define us…. now and from before time began!
